2. 혈명의 유래

2.1. 유래1

비(髀)는 예전에 대퇴골(大腿骨)을 비골(髀骨)이라 불렀던 이름이 남아있는 것이고 또 대퇴부를 가리킨다. 관(關)은 관절이라든가 포인트를 가리킨다. 족양명위경은 이 혈에서 대퇴부의 가장자리로 지나고 또 고관절 부위에 있어 대퇴를 운동시키는 포인트이므로 이 이름이 붙여졌다. 

魚腹股(다리 윗부분의 불룩한 부분)의 바깥쪽을 髀라한다. 關은 경계에 있는 關門이다. 魚腹股의 바깥쪽에 위치하여 胃經이 이 穴로부터 髀로 들어가므로 마치 髀의 關門과 같아 髀關이라 이름하였다.

 

 

3. 혈의 위치

3.1. 혈위1

넓적다리 앞쪽면, 넙다리곧은근(rectus femoris muscle) 몸쪽끝, 넙다리빗근(sartorius muscle), 넙다리근막긴장근(tensor fasciae latae muscle)의 세 근육 사이의 오목한 곳.

On the anterior aspect of the thigh, in the depression among three muscles: the proximal portion of the rectus femoris muscle, the sartorius muscle and the tensor fasciae latae muscle.

 

4. 혈의 취혈 

4.1. 취혈1 

엉덩이와 무릎을 약간 굽히고, 넓적다리의 앞안쪽에 저항을 주며 다리를 살짝 외전시키면 세모꼴의 오목한 부위가 나타난다. 넙다리곧은근의 몸쪽끝은 안쪽의 넙다리빗근과 가쪽의 넙다리근막긴장근 사이의 오목한 곳에서 나타난다. 髀關(ST31)은 이 세모의 꼭짓점아래 가장 오목한 곳에 위치한다. 무릎뼈바닥 가쪽끝(lateral end of the base of the patella)과 위앞엉덩뼈가시(anterior superior iliac spine)의 연결선에서 두덩결합의 아래모서리(inferior border of the pubic symphysis)와 같은 높이에서 취혈한다.

Note 1: With the hip and the knee in slight flexion, and the thigh slightly abducted when resistance is placed against the anteromedial aspect of the thigh, a triangular depression appears. the proximal portion of the rectus femoris muscle is found in the depression between the sartorius muscle medially and the tensor fascia latae muscle laterally. ST31 is located at the deepest point in the depression inferior to the apex of this triangle.
Note 2: ST31 is located at the intersection of the line connecting the lateral end of the base of the patella with the anterior superior iliac spine, and the horizontal line of the inferior border of the pubic symphysis.

 

둔하횡문(엉덩이밑 가로줄) 수평선[또는 회음의 수평선]과 상전장골극[허리띠 걸리는 뼈] 수직선이 만나는 곳으로 누르면 아픈 곳에서 취한다.

 

4.2. 임상 취혈 

그냥 아시혈로 많이 사용

 

5. 침뜸 방법 

5.1. 침구법1

- 直刺 0.8～1.5寸
- 斜刺 1.5寸～2寸
